Before you can plan a trip, there are so many things you have to think about. From finding hotels and flights to means of transport, insurance, company visits, cultural activities and so on. Of course, a lot of work, time and organisation is also involved. A good and accurate organization is crucial for an incentive trip. Once the trip is over, you can take a look at all aspects of the trip such as what went well, what went less well, but most of all: what could be improved for a next trip?
Well, if we look at the sponsorship activities, everything went very smoothly and as good as it could have been, everyone on the team can be proud of this success. Our goal to break even was achieved and we had some extra. The trip itself was instructive, energetic but fun. All company visits were a good experience, only it was a pity that our contactperson were not always present but that was due to unforeseen circumstances. In terms of transport everything went well, we always found our way using google maps for public transport.
The weather wasn’t fantastic but of course you can never choose that. Arrangements within the team always went very smoothly, everyone could go their own way to discover Dublin during their free time. The flights were on time and we had no problems during the flight. We can conclude that everything was well prepared and we can follow this example for the future.
