When preparing our incentive trip to Dublin, we had decided to sell food that was part of a certain theme every week at school. The profit went, of course, to our trip to Dublin. We had different themes such as Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, etc. In order to promote our booth at school, so that we could attract more customers and thus sell more, we decided to make a flyer for each theme with the necessary practical information.
Anouk and I were responsible for this because it’s something we both like to do. The programs we used for this were Photoshop and InDesign. With the necessary knowledge of both tools we came up with nice results. For the most part I dealt with editing pictures to make them fit in the flyer in InDesign. I like working with tools such as Photoshop and InDesign and it inspired me to do something with it.
When I graduate, I would like to do something with graphic design. It’s something I like to do and I get a lot of satisfaction from good results. I would like to combine this with my work in the future. Graphic design is something that is used everywhere nowadays and my biggest dream right now is to design something for a large company, preferably in the E-sports world. With the use of social media, things can happen quickly and connections can be made easier. So who knows, maybe one day I’ll get my chance to turn my dream into reality.
