The schedule for the third day was promising. After breakfast at the hotel, we left for our first company visit. This took place in ‘The National Gallery of Ireland’. Here we got an explanation from several people about recruitment and the process of it. They also told us how important it is to plan an event or exhibition in the museum. We also received more information about the possibilities within the museum, for example, you can get married there.
After a short lunch in The National Gallery of Ireland, we left for our fourth and final company visit of our incentive trip. This took place at Robert Walters. Here we got a very friendly welcome and got some explanation about what Robert Walters does and how they can distinguish themselves from their competitors. Everyone found this company visit very interesting and everyone was very pleased with how we were welcomed. Even though this was the smallest company we visited, it was the most welcoming.
After the company visit was over, we had booked a tour of ‘The Leprechaun Museum’ in advance. To be honest, this was not what we had expected. Our guide was quite… special. To say the least. We thought it would be more about the leprechauns themselves, but it was actually mainly about the stories our guide told us. To end this trip, we had one more evening to do so. Luckily, we found a nice pub and afterwards a good place to eat. The atmosphere was there soon and we could end this trip with a good feeling.
We left the fourth day completely free so there was time to buy souvenirs or explore some more things in Dublin.
